Who Are We?
Women Integrated Team (WIT) is a informal group formed to work together in Gender Issues. We believed that together, we can build a better Society with more Gender Equality and Equity.
Member of WIT are the former student’s of Women’s Studies from Women’s Studies Center, Chiangmai University. After the graduation, each of us has been working in gender area with difference organizations. These organizations include Academic Institution, International Non-Government Organization (INGOs). Some of us also engage in virous researches.
From our work experience we found that the work on Gender issues in Laos is still lack of diversity, deepness and preciseness. From our roles and responsibilities in our organizations we are working with, we have some limitation and can not address these issues. We believe that, without the limitation, we can work in various approaches/methods we can work in Gender Issues to make the Gender issues are more diversified deeper and more precise.
For those reasons, we found our group call Women Integration Team to work together in Gender Issues in our own methods/approaches to make the Gender issues in Laos is more diversified deeper and more precise.

We want to see Gender is more academically in all sector and make gender is more
understandable for all people.
What is Our Mission?
Our Mission is Provide Gender Academic Service to Mainstream Gender in Various Field of Study and to Raise Gender Awareness for all people.
How Do We Work?
To achieved our
· Mainstreaming gender in relevant academic subjects.
· Develop Short Term Training Curriculum for public and private sectors.
· To advocate gender issues in simple ways to all target group.
· To conduct research in gender issues to support gender academic to relevant subjects.
· Pre and post evaluate of the project in gender perspective.
Our Target group:
· Academic Institutes, Ministries and Organizations working in difference Sectors.
· Government Organizations, International Organizations and Private Organizations working in Laos.
· All people in Society
